Multi-port Swivel Joint
Used on: The Swivel Joint provides hydraulic and chemical services for hose and umbilical applications
2 Port Rotary Union with mechanical sealed centre tube
Used on: CNC grinding machine. Working conditions: 32 bar hydraulics and 1.5 bar air, speed 300 RPM and ambient temperature.
Special 4 Port Rotary Union with coaxial tubes
Used on: Heating or cooling moulds. Working conditions: Water or hot oil at 5 bar, speed 17 RPM and 5˚C to 80˚C or 60˚C to 130˚C.
2 Port Rotary Union with mechanical sealed centre tube
Used on: PET blowing machine. Working conditions: 13 bar and 40 bar dry air, speed 17 RPM and temperature -10˚C to +50˚C.

When the working conditions are beyond the limitations of standard rotary unions or swivel joints, Filton can design and manufacture these to meet customers specific requirements.

They can be multiport and/or overshaft. Seals are available in a range of materials and designs to suit a wide range of conditions.
