Traceability

Every Rotary Union and Swivel Joint that we manufacture and test is assigned a unique Serial Number. This means that we can trace each and every Rotary Union and Swivel Joint that we have supplied. 

We know who pressure tested them, the pressure it was tested at, the duration of the test, when it was despatched from our works and who it was delivered to.

We have serial numbers dating back to the early 1950’s and we occasionally receive requests for spares for these Joints or for the latest design to replace them.

In the early days we recorded all this information in books, and we have quite a few.  Now, of course, we record this all digitally.
